Community Photo Contest: $100.00 Cash Prize

Rules

The theme of your photo should be “Trees In Our Community”. Photos should send a visual message about the positive impact of trees in our local community.
Judging is based on the ability of the photo to capture the spirit of the theme, composition, focus/sharpness, lighting and creativity. Black and white or color photos accepted.
The contest is open to all ages living in the Gig Harbor/Key Peninsula area.
Only one entry per person please!
Minimum size 5" x 7"
Photo must be mounted on a mat for display purposes.
Include a Title for your photo, along with your name, address, phone number or email address written on the back of your entry. Students - include your school, teacher and grade level.
Please no photos submitted via email.

Prize

$100 for First Place
Prizes and ribbons for 2nd, 3rd place winners

All photo entries will be displayed at the ARBOR DAY CELEBRATION on Saturday, April 28th at the Gig Harbor Civic Center, 3510 Grandview Street. Photos may also appear on our website. Winners will be notified in advance and invited to the event. Photos can be picked up by 3:00 pm the day of the event or arranged for a later date. Contact person: Carol Alex 253-858-8797

Deadline

Photos must be received by 3:00 pm on April 4th, 2012.
Deliver to Peninsula High School - Main Office c/o Carol Alex - or - send through the PSD pony - or - mail entry to the address below.
